Andrew Creed (born David Andrew Jones; 8 September 1999) is the 2nd and current Governor of Corinium Terentium, and is the longest current serving Austenasian governor. He is currently a technical administrator on MicroWiki, and a server administrator on the MicroWiki@Discord server. In 2022, Creed became the subject of controversy within the MicroWiki staff team for silencing minors who spoke out against the safeguarding of certain staff members and longtime community members.
Early life and micronational career
Andrew Creed was born on 8 September 1999 in Princess Margaret Hospital, Swindon, United Kingdom. After his parents' separation in 2008, he moved to the Cotswolds market town of Tetbury. Creed formed the Principality of Sabovia, then briefly called the Union of Smallia, and declared himself the Sovereign Prince of Sabovia. Creed claimed that the purpose of Sabovia's foundation was to prevent new housing developments being constructed in a field by his residence. Creed sent a formal declaration of independence to his local parish council on 1 April 2013, however he later realised that the parish council did not have the legal authority to recognise the independence of Sabovia, and vowed to resend the declaration of independence to the correct governing body, but later admitted that he never actually did so.
Prince Andrew abdicated his throne on 1 January 2016, and the Principality of Sabovia was shortly thereafter dissolved. The majority of Sabovia's territorial claims were formally incorporated into the nearby Austenasian territory of Corinium Terentium on 30 Janury 2016, save for Capital Territory which was returned to the United Kingdom. Creed ran for Secretary for Cultural Affairs and Micronational Education in the September 2014 Grand Unified Micronational election, but lost to Richard Hytholoday.

Personal Life
Andrew Creed is openly gay, and currently in a relationship with micronationalist Harry Fitzpatrick, whom he met on MicroWikia in 2012 when they were both twelve-years-old. They entered a romantic relationship in 2017.
